After selling Neways Thomas Mower founds SISEL

A little history: Because of IRS (tax) problems and his divorce from Dee several years ago, Thomas Mower Sr., Neways founder, was forced to sell his interest in Neways in October 2006. An investment company named Golden Gate Capital in San Francisco now owns Neways.

Tom had not been able to control Neways direction for the last 5 years, could not get any new products out and could not complete his "dream" manufacturing plant.

Following the sale of Neways, Tom announced the continuation of "The Mower Mission" by forming a new network marketing company, SISEL, which would be able to introduce, produce and deliver the new products and formulations Tom has been researching and developing for the last 5 years.

Tom also built an ultra-modern, $25 million manufacturing facility so he could control the production of his products from raw ingredients to shipped boxes.

As Darick Mower mentioned on a conference call, the Mowers had become disillusioned with the problems they were having getting third-party manufactures to produce the Neways products up to their standards.

Yes, Neways has a manufacturing plant, but over the years they have begun to out-source their manufacturing, especially with new products that required new more modern machinery to produce.

Tom's concern for the high quality of his products and a strong desire to be self-reliant in manufacturing led to his desire to build the modern manufacturing facility for Neways. When Tom could no longer control the direction of Neways, his new facility was not completed.

Tom has fulfilled that dream in SISEL.
