Tom sold Neways in 2006 and re-launched the Mower Mission in 2007 as SISEL with no bureaucracy, no corporate politics and 100s of new, modern ideas. Tom founded SISEL by investing over $100 million of his own money and fulfilled his dream of building a brand new ultra-modern manufacturing plant.
Tom’s sons, Tom Jr. and Darick soon followed their father from Neways becoming the CEO and President of SISEL. They “grew up” in the network marketing industry and bring their experience, innovation and forward thinking to SISEL.
